  Monday morning @ 9:00 - Get a phone call saying the salesman is on his way but may be delayed, I explain again that this is fine as I'm not buying windows today... 11:00 - Another phone call; salesman cannot meet you at all today, we'll call later in the week.
  Don't bother with this lot!
